About Us
Every great design has a starting point, but ours began with a name and a chance meeting.
During the quiet uncertainty of the 2020 pandemic in Athens, Greece, our paths crossed. What started as a casual conversation quickly evolved into a passionate late-night exchange about design, lighting, and how spaces make people feel. We realized we shared the exact same vision, and before long, we decided to chase it together.
From Athens to Florence
In Florence, Fanis started his Interior Design studies at FIDI, while Stevi completed her Master’s degree in Interior Design at Università degli Studi di Firenze. After completing our studies, we lived and worked in Florence for two years to gain experience in the local design scene.
Upon returning to Greece, we both worked with different architectural studios to continue building our hands-on experience.
The Team
STEFACO is a name given to our studio by Fanis's father, representing the foundation of our shared work.
Stevi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an Integrated Master’s in Architecture. She also serves as the manager of the design department at one of the biggest architectural lighting companies in Greece, bringing strong expertise in both structure and lighting design.
Fanis comes from a background in hospitality before earning his degree in Interior Design. Working on major projects for prominent clients since 2023, he brings an understanding of atmosphere, functionality, and client-focused space planning.
Today, STEFACO merges technical expertise in architecture, lighting, and hospitality, infusing every space we craft with the timeless elegance and warmth of Italian design sensibilities.
